Eat Wisely
Plant Slant Challenge
People who reside in the world’s blue zones live longer, in large part because they eat a rich assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables packed with disease fighting nutrients. When you put more plants on your plate, you can eat your way to a better, healthier, longer life.
Track your fruits and vegetables for at least 21 days and answer the daily challenge question to earn credit. By tracking for at least 21 days, you are creating a healthy, sustainable habit! It’s not a diet, it’s not a competition, it’s a fun and easy way to discover new foods and set healthy habits with coworkers, friends, and family.

Give Thanks Challenge
When you take time to reflect on what you are grateful for, you can deepen your sense of purpose, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
Join the challenge, track your progress for 21 days by answering the daily question and improve not only your sense of gratitude, but your overall wellbeing. By tracking for at least 21 days, you are creating a healthy, sustainable habit!
Move Naturally
Steps Challenge
Inspired by the Blue Zones Power 9 principle, this Move Naturally Challenge is simple. People from the world’s original blue zones don’t pump iron, run marathons, or join gyms, they live in environments where moving naturally is part of their daily routine.
Start moving naturally by taking a walk and tracking your daily steps. Reach 225,000 total steps to complete this challenge. (Track your steps by connecting your device to your Sharecare account or track manually in the Sharecare app tracker.)

Sleep Challenge
By now, most of us don’t need a scientific study to explain why a good night’s sleep is important. Just think about how you feel after a restless night. The fatigue you feel throughout the day is proof enough that sleep is necessary for optimal health and well-being. Centenarians in the blue zones of the world sleep at least 8 hours every night and have daily routines to help them downshift.
Join the Sleep Challenge and challenge yourself for 21 days (or more) to get at least 7 hours of slumber each night by avoiding late meals, turning off your phone, maintaining a consistent bedtime, and creating an environment that is conducive to sleep. By tracking for at least 21 days, you are creating a healthy, sustainable habit! Good luck, and good night!
